Form 990- Organization's Mission	The Organization is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") and the Regulations as promulgated under the Code as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended ("Regulations"). All references to any section of the Code shall imply a reference to the Regulations promulgated thereunder. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes, the Organization is organized and shall be operated to advocate (in federal, state and local governments) for limited government, fiscal responsibility, personal responsibility, the rule of law and state and national sovereignty in order to further the common good and to promote the general welfare in the State of Texas and the United States of America.
Form 990, Par I, Line 6	The Organization uses volunteers to greet attendees, to serve meals prior to the meeting, to collect docations, to give talks, to introduce speakers to conduct meetings, and as local coordinators for satellite location meetings. All officers and directors,with the exception of the President and the CEO, are volunteers and receive no compensation. During the physical year ended June 30, 2023 the officers and directors with exception of the President and the CEO and another director adopted via a vote to have the positions of CEO and President be salaried at $100,000 each year, based on comparable salaries of like positions. However it was further determined and voted on that for the current physical year end be limited to $50,000 each.

Form 990, Part VI - Material Differences in Voting Rights Explanation	There are no material differences in voting rights between members of the board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 10b - Policies & Procedures Governing Chapters	The Organization has authorized satellite meeting locations. The Organization provides speakers and/or video access to meetings held by the organization. Local coordinators are empowered to provide the satellite meeting location, collect contributions and deposit contributions in the Organizations bank accounts. The Organization provides a letter of agreement to the local coordinator to ensure that their operations are consistent with the Organizations tax exempt purpose. The letter agreement specifies the policies, procedures, terms and conditions under which the local coordinator may conduct satellite meetings and use the Organizations name and materials. The Organizations can terminate the agreement if it deems the local coordinator is not in compliance with the letter of the agreement. All contributions and expenses of the satellite meeting locations are under the control of the Organization.
