I'd like to request that Late Filling penalties be waved due to the sabbatical period and lack of available personnel (no accountant or secretary). The absence of significant activity during this period contributed to the oversight on my end. All other paperwork including business licenses, Tax Returns, and Charities Division renewals have been accounted for and taken care of.
