THE HOUSE BOARD IS A VOLUNTEER GROUP THAT SUPPORTS THE UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER OF THE PHI DELTA CHI FRATERNITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC BY;A) NEGOTIATING ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE LEASING OF PROPERTY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC;B) PROVIDING OVERSIGHT OF THE HOUSE PROJECT ACCOUNT;C) PROVIDING DIRECTION AND COLLABORATING WITH THE UNIVERSITY ON FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS;D) PROVIDING GUIDELINES TO THE UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER ON MAINTAINING THE FRATERNITY HOUSE AND ITS BELONGINGS.
