Form 990-EZ, Part I, Section 1, Line 1	This form was filed electronically in February 2022. However, it was the first year the club was required to file electronically and the transmission did not go through.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Section 1, Line 1	In April 2024 we received an IRS inquiry of why the 990EZ wasnt filed for 2021. The transmission error page was submitted with the paper return as evidence of intent ot file the return in a timely manner. Two days ago, an iRS notice was received and instructed the club to file electronically. This is the original 990EZ that was prepared for 2021. Please accept this a Reasonalbe Cause.explanation.
