TO UNITE NEWSPAPER PUBLISHERS AND ALLIED CRAFTS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO INTO A VOLUNTARY, COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE FOR THE PUBLISHING PROFESSION.
