Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Jersey Aero Club admits members through an application and acceptance process. An individual wishing to join the club must submit a completed application. The application is then read and voted on at a meeting of the membership. Assuming an affirmative vote to accept at that meeting, the individual is then considered a club member until their resignation or expulsion.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members of the governing body are elected annually. Some seats are up for election each year while others have 2-year terms. Each regular member of the club in good standing is permitted to vote in the election.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Finance Committee, which consists of members in good standing, none of whom are members of the governing body, requests that each member of the governing body as well as every other club member who has spending authority to fill out a conflict of interest policy acknowledgement and survey on an annual basis. The committee is charged with investigating any potential conflicts of interest and, if determined to be actual conflicts of interest, are dealt with appropriately by the governing body.
