What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of this corporation is to own, develop, operate, and maintain a private swimming pool, tennis courts, and other recreational facilities for its members. From time to time the pool may offer swimming lessions and other sundry sports or related activites, possibly for an additional fee, at the discreation of the Board.
