Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 Membership in the organization is open to all active employees, retired employees, employees on leave and former employees of the Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), except the chief school administrator and all other members of the administrative staff. Membership is obtained only through the payment of the required unified dues and through the signing of a membership card by new members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a All members in good standing are eligible to nominate candidates to hold office and to vote in the election of officers and delegates at the general membership meeting.
