1 PAL Work - The Rapid City Police Activities League along with the Rapid City Police Department wants to promote positive relationships with youth and law enforcement provide safe activities and reduce juvenile crime by doing so. In our efforts we want to ensure that financial limitations are not a factor in a youth athletes participation in our activities. Activities in 2023 including hosting youth events at Summer Nights Flag Football events with local college and middle school students and a bike event on the Mickelson Trail. In addition we held summer BBQ events with the Police Department to continue fostering those relationships. 4,612
