1	EMIC's primary function is to provide minority youth opportunities and exposure to foreign affairs through world language study, travel opportunities, and access to resources. The consulting services we offered were youth development sessions that engaged youth in decision about foreign affairs. In regard to administrative support services were offered, our organization provided administrative services to the D.C. Public School study abroad program, assisting them with the process of obtaining travel documentation for students.
