1 Atlantic Sea Farms - Atlantic Sea Farms is a women-run, mission-driven, vertically integrated, regenerative seaweed aquaculture company. To promote food sustainability and the development of local economies in communities in Maine, the Foundation issed a $1,000,000 convertible note to this business during the 2023 tax year. The Foundation feels that this investment aligns with and furthers its strategic goals and charitable mission. 1,000,000

The Foundation's equity interest in Fork Food Hub L3C will provide a source of funding to promote Fork Food Hub's overall exempt purposes.
