EXTERNAL AUDITORS FINALIZE THE RETURN, WHICH IS SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT AND SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO THE IRS.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C WE REQUIRE BOARD MEMBERS AND SENIOR STAFF TO ATTEST IN WRITING EACH YEAR THAT THEY ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH OUR CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY. FURTHER, OUR EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK CONTAINS OUR CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY AND ALL STAFF MUST SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK AND WILL ABIDE BY ITS GUIDANCE.
