The required form and the application process are performed online via the Carol E. Macpherson Scholarship Fund website. Applicants must provide the following: completed scholarship application form, two letters of recommendation, transcripts for prior post-secondary education, a completed free application for federal student aid form, and a personal statement from the applicant including: educational and professional goals, responsibilities and characteristics of the applicant, relevant work experience and discussion of financial need.
