What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Rotary district organization provides the link between the Rotary clubs within Rotary District 7545 in West Virginia and the leadership of Rotary International and the mission and goals of the international organization. It also supports the clubs within District 7545 by providing a connection between them and with resources from Rotary International to ensure that members get the most from their memberships. The District also trains club leaders and facilities Rotary programs such as the Rotary Foundation District Grant program Rotary Youth Exchange and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards RYLA.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The annual District Conference was held to bring members together to learn about what is going on in the Rotary world to celebrate the accomplishments of the prior year and to be motivated for greater service. Approximately 100 members benefited from this program.

29 The Rotary District Grant program exists to obtain a grant each year from The Rotary Foundation to be distributed to individual Rotary clubs in the form of matching grants. The clubs then use these grants to fund service projects meeting the needs of their own communities. The individuals benefitting from these grants were in 25 to 30 communities and totaled in the hundreds.

30 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards RYLA is a leadership education program for freshmen high school students throughout the footprint of District 7545.
