Changes to governing documents Part V line 34 Bylaws were amended to modify the requirements for membership. Previous requirements for membership included current EA status and 40 hours of annual Continuing Education. The updated bylaws were changed to bring the continuing education requirement in-line with the IRS requirements for Enrolled Agents (72 hours over 3 years with at least 2 hours of ethics each year, etc.)
