Pt VI, Line 6	Members of the Organization are comprised of 1) at least 75% past or present members of the United States Armed Forces and 2) at least 97.5% of its members are a) present or former members of the United States Armed Forces, or b) midshipman (including only students in college or university ROTC programs or at Armed Services academies) or c) spouses, widows, widowers, ancestors or lineal descendants of individuals referred to in a or b above.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Members of the Organization elect Board of Directors to serve on a 3 year rotational basis. Officers of the Board are elected on an annual basis.
