Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Return is prepared by the accountant and discussed with the Treasurer of the Dog Club. A phone interview between the accountant and Treasurer as well as email correspondence on questions of the annual activity is discussed. The first draft is sent to the treasurer for review and if any changes will be implemented in the final return. The return is discussed at the Board Meeting wih the officers of the dog club and submitted after final approval.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	Governing Board holds Board meetings to discuss any potential exposure for conflict of interest issues as well as periodic updates including whistleblower measures that may impact the organization
