What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? La Societe De Femme is a fraternal organization composed of female members (Dames) organized to support and assist the Veterans Organization of La Societe des Quarante (40) Hommes (Men) et Huit (8) Chevaux (Horses) commonly called The 40 and 8. La Grande du Louisiana is the State level of organization as determined by La Societe De Femme Nattionale By-Laws and Constitution. La Grande meets at various times and at various locations within the State of Louisiana. We support the same charitable programs as The 40 and 8, as well as performing various activities when requested.
