Explanation:
I took over as treasurer in June 2024. October 21 2024 I was notified by our previous treasurer Erika Nolan that she received a notice from the IRS CP259B stating that our 2023 tax return was never filed. We paid Shannel Reed TaxMedics LLC P00788415 - to complete and submit both our 2022 and 2023 taxes. Upon receipt of the notice in October I looked into her practice and realized she had not only not filed our 2023 taxes but she had also never filed our 2022 taxes. I am currently working to complete our taxes for both years and get us back in good standing. We are also in the process of reporting her for fraud. Last week when we tried to again contact her office the phones had been disconnected and she will no longer respond to our emails.
