Return Reference Explanation
Part III Line 1 The gaming income reported are the organizations percentage of the net terminal income NTI of the video poker machines which are only available for VFW members. The machines are in the Post building and are monitored by Post members. All proceeds are used for Post program purposes. The State of Illinois governs video gaming operations and the government issued methods do not permit the organization to negiotiate its percentage nor does it ever have access to the entire amount of NTI. Thus, the gaming revenue is reported as the organizations total gross proceeds it receives.
