ALL OFFICERS ARE VOLUNTEERS. THE VOLUNTEER IN CHARGE OF FILING THE TAX RETURNS DID NOT FOR 2021, 2022, AND 2023. NO ONE ELSE KNEW THAT THE TAXES WERE NOT FILED. INFORMATION TO FILE THE RETURN HAD TO BE REDONE. PERSON IN CHARGE EMBEZELLED FUNDS AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE REPORTS CORRECTLY. POLICE REPORTS HAVE BEEN FILED AND ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING.
