What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Ruritan National is a national organization dedicated to improving communities and building a better America through Fellowship Goodwill and Community Service. District #30's responsibility is training club membership on leadership, encouragement of projects to support youth to senior projects in communities within 27 clubs located in MD, De, VA and southern NJ.
