Explanation:
The treasurer for our association Bruce Tannenbaum passed away in Feb 2021. Mr. Tannenbaum was the individual who had apparently been completing the 990ez form in years past. A notice CP259A for 2021 was sent out on 9/18/2021 to Mr. Tannenbaum's listed address indicating that form 990ez had not been filed. This letter was forwarded on to me in late Sept 2023 and I completed the 990ez forms for 2021 and 2022 and mailed them to the IRS on 10/17/2023. I received notice from the IRS on 12/16/2023 that the forms had to be electronically filed which I am attempting to complete on 12/29/2023.
