Explanation:

To whom it may concern, Please accept this letter as an explanation for a late 990 EZ filing. As Assistant Secretary Treasurer of the Western Section IAEI part of my responsibility is the financial end. Unfortunately, I had some health issues such as a stroke and rectal bleeding causing the loss of 50% of my blood and delay in my duties. In addition, I had a computer crash and lost many records. PS: In reviewing you will find this report had never been late in the past.
