Return Reference Explanation
Part I, Line 16 990 EZ form Line 16 - Other expenses in 2023 Boomers Rock had 15 major events with expenses ranging form $350 for Chili Cookoff to $10,000 for New Years Eve Party. Events are designed for Income (tickets) to match expense of the event. For example for NYE party 200 tickets were sold at $50 each for a total income of $10,000. Expenses included rental of facility (included in line 14 of 990 EZ), catered dinner, decorations and party favors and a band. Monthly Bingo night was biggest expense. 150 tickets are sold each month at $12 each. $1530 of that money goes directly to prizes to the Bingo winners with the rest to cover facility and misc. expenses. The income from the tickets sold for these events is included in line 2 of 990 EZ
