The program purpose is to create a network of national and local partners; raise awareness on the impact of timely immunizations; and identify and implement strategies to reduce racial and or ethnic disparities in adult vaccination coverage. The goal is to increase the range of community messengers supporting vaccine education and delivery as well as increase availability of community or population specific messages.
