Manages all parts of the gaming activity for the club as well as many other aspects. Orders all tickets, sets-up all tickets in the registers and back office. Checks all the games and processes out all of the games. Files the DoR report for gaming activity for the year and maintains all records of gaming activity.

We have had immense problems since before covid-19 shutdowns. The previous secretary did not keep records of almost anything, which led to the previous 990's being submitted extremely late just like this one. I will be calling to see if I am able to reset the 990s and start the 2022-2023 one 'from scratch.' I will call the helpline to figure this out so that they can be done completely correct without the lack of information from the previous secretary.
