New treasurer was elected effective 9 1 2023. Former treasurer was unable to provide adequate necessary information required for a smooth transition. As a result additional time was needed in order to secure all relevant documents and records in order to file. Additionally new treasurer was unfortunately not aware of the automatic 6-month extension form until after the filing deadline.
