In a letter dated April 11, 2023, we informed the Internal Revenue Service that our organization had a duplicate EIN 94-0430250 and that we would like to formally request a closure of that EIN and consolidate it under our proper EIN 92*1085583 used to do business. Our request was still be processes and we did not have access to the correct EIN 92-1085583. In November 2023 we filed our 990EZ under the old EIN. We had since been informed to file a duplicate return under the correct EIN 92-1085583.
