| Form 990, Part VI, Line 6, 7A 7B | Membership in Oakwood Country Club of Enid consists of the following categories of members Stockholder Members Corporate Members Junior Members Surving Spouse Members Senior Members Military Courtesy Members Non-Resident Members Social Members Club House Members Tennis Members and Provisional Members. Any person over the age of twenty-one years who has complied with the application requirements of the Board of Directors, has paid an initiation fee, and who has been issued at least 1 share of common stock in the corporation shall be a stockholder memebr of the corporation. Each member is entitled to one vote, irrespective of the number of shares owned. Any corporation, limited liability company or partnership may make application to sponsor a corporate memebr of Oakwood Country Club. The corporate sponsor shall designate two employees of teh corporate sponsor to become stockholder members of the club. The corporate stockholder memebrs are entitled to one vote, irrespective of the number of shares owned. Junior members, surviving spouse members, senior members, military courtesy members, non-resident members, social members, tennis members, club house members, and provisional members do not have the right to vote. The Board of Directors have the power to levy assesments against the members of the corporation for any special purpose or for the corporations general purposes. However, the Board of Directors shall not levy and collect assessments in excess of six months dues per member in any one consecutive twelve month period unless such assessment in excess thereof is approved by a majority of the stockholder members. The Board of Directors shall not have the power to mortgage the property of the corporation without express consent of a majority of the stockholder members of the corporation. |
