Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	the organization's finance committee including the president, secretary and treasurer, meet to review any hiring of officers and key employees. The organization has usually only two paid part-time positions. Salaries are reviewed and approved by the finance committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	the organization makes all minutes of the annual meetings public, as well as, any governing documents and changes to any documents, internal quarterly financial statements and annual reviewed financial statements. THese items are always available for inspection during normal business hours.
