Part VI, Line 7b	All actions must be approved by the vote of members at a regularly scheduled meeting 2 Month.
Part IV Line 11	\| Explanation:\| The 990 is reviewed by at least one trustee and all financial transactions are reviewed the the treasurer and internal auditor prior to submission. The 990 is made available to all members for review.
