Footnote for uncertain tax position under FIN 48 (Part X)	SGMP follows the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification, which provides guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in SGMPs financial statements, if any. At year end, SGMP had no unrecognized tax benefits related to uncertain tax positions in its information return that would qualify for either recognition or disclosure in its financial statements. SGMPs policy would be to recognize interest and penalties on tax positions related to its unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense in the financial statements. Through year end, there have been no matters that would have resulted in an accrual for interest and/or penalties.

Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	Duties of the Organization are divided into two areas: Governance and Operations. The volunteer-elected board sets the Organizations policies and procedures, oversees and updates the Organizations bylaws, and establishes a code of ethics. The operations of the organization are executed by the Executive Director and others who work for a company that is under written contract with outlined duties and responsibilities. The Organizations bylaws also provide for the hiring of an Executive Director to be hired by the board, who also serves as an ex-officio board member.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Voting membership consists of government planners, contract planners, and suppliers. The categories of membership are members who affiliate through a chapter and members-at-large. Members can be either Organizational or individual members.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Officers and Directors are elected through ballots by eligible voting members bi-annually.
