Pt VI, Line 12c	Organization has a policy in writing and it is given to all new board of directors upon election. The document is available for inspection at the organization's office.
Pt VI, Line 15a	The board of directors holds several meetings throughout the year and a designated meeting is set for annual budgeting for the next 2-5 years depending on the volatility of the economy. A subcommittee reviews the executive director's, (now known as the CEO) salary for appropriateness within the organization's budget as well as a comparison to similar positisions with other entities.
Pt VI, Line 15b	There are three staff members and a contracted worker. One is an employee working at the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation office in Topeka, Kansas who handles certification and recertification processes; one who oversees marketing and communications; one who is the Chief Executive Officer; the final is a contractor whom is under annual contract to manage IT functions, and office management. The board of directors determines his contract annually during their annual budget meeting.
Pt VI, Line 19	Board of directors has an open door policy and is willing to share governing documents, policies and tax return information. All documents are available to public upon request.
Other	The organization's program income is managed by the Center for Nursing Education and Testing (C-NET). That company collects the revenue for testing and applications, administers the tests and issues the certificates. That company is officially audited annually.
