Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Fraternal Order of Eagles is made up of members. Applicants for membership must be proposed by two existing members in good standing. After interviews and two readings, a vote of membership present decide if the candidates are accepted or rejected. A quorum of 7 members is necessary for business to be transacted at a meeting. Each member present has one vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is assembled by the employed bookkeeper who submits it to FOE Officer and Club Manager for review and signatures. When signed Form 990 is posted on the bulletin board in the meeting room which every member has access.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	15b The trustees meet on a regular basis with the Club Manager to review operations, set compensation, and discuss financial reimbursement. Pay limits and parameters are set according to Aerie by-laws, which cannot be changed except by vote of the entire membership and subsequent approval by the Grand Aerie.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Financial reports are presented to the general membership at bi-monthly meetings, quarterly reports are posted on the bulletin board in the meeting room for access by all members. Inquiries from the public are dealt with individually as requests are received.
