Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A draft copy of the year-end change in net assets is provided to the members of the board of directors by the Treasurer. The board of directors receive the draft copy of the year-end change in net assets at the first meeting following of the following fiscal year. The draft copy is approved with a majority vote and the Treasurer complete the Form 990 and submits to the IRS.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation is determined annually in conjunction with the annual budget and is approved with a majority vote of the Board of Directors and ratified by the members of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The corporation makes its governing documents and conflict of interest policy available to the general public by posting on the organization's website. Financial statements are available upon request.
