Explanation:

We did have an extension until March 15, 2024. However, we had issues in preparing the 2021 return. The delay there was caused with issues accessing the system as the prior administrator left on unfriendly terms. Then once we obtained access we had to wait for our related organization to resolve certain system issues. Once that was done we had to reconstruct some entries. Unfortunately due to the issues in completing the prior year, it caused a delay in this years return. We ask for that any penalties be mitigated due to these unusual circumstances. We do not anticipate any delays in filing future returns timely.
