Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 8 This line includes a reimbursement in the amount of $4,505 in repayment of strike fund dues which were advanced on behalf of members as described in Part II, Line 16 and $125 in dues which were mistakenly paid to our organization and refunded as described in Part II, Line 16.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 This line includes $27,382 paid to the parent organization, the American Federation of Musicians, as required, including $7,966 in per capita dues based on membership and $17,486 in work dues, the required amount based on work dues received. Also $1,730 in dues to the North Carolina AFL-CIO and $200 in dues to the Southern Conference of Locals.
