What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We use the vehicle of a challenging, competitive foot race with affiliated events, including other running/walking events to promote the sport of running/walking and improve the quality of life by advocating health and wellness in the Moline, Illinois, area and surrounding communities. We encourage runners and walkers of all abilities to participate. We provide sports, running, walking, and health education by providing training events, expert equipment fitting, and other healthy lifestyles information.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 This 501(c)4 organization was in the process of shutting down during the 2022 tax year. Our assets were entirely contributed to other non-profit organizations (see Schedule N for details). Appx. $102 was consummed by administrative expenses/ fees.
