Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	Jane Z Mahler, President and Director, has a family relationship with Brad Mahler, Secretary and Director. Both are volunteers and neither receives a stipend for their roles. Marcia Tishman, Executive Director, has a family relationship with Eric Tishman, Director. Marcia receives $11,000/year to administer the Association. Eric receives $1,200/year under a contract the board approved to administer website maintenance.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	In order to become a voting member of the Association, you must own a plot, or be a direct descendant or related by marriage, to those interred.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Voting members approve the Board of Directors at an annual meeting. The business of the Association is managed by the Board of Directors and the officers oversee the directives of the board.
