| Form 990, Part VI, Line 4 | MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS Regular Membership meetings of Amalgamated, local union 3212 shall be held quarterly (3 months) on Saturday or Sunday of the month at 5:00pm. In accordance with Article 37, Sec. 4a of the UAW constitution the local union shall establish a workplace council. The workplace council shall be required to serve as the membership body in each of the intervening two months. The workplace council shall be composed of all elected officers of the local union or unit, plus additional elected, proportional representatives, as approved by the International executive board and as provided in the bylaws of the local union. The regular membership meetings shall be held on the second Saturday or Sundays at 5 p.m. If a scheduling issue arises due to meeting place availability, the local union may change the meeting day to a Saturday or Sunday within the month. ARTICLE XIV EXPENSES AND SALARIES Section 1 (a). Delegates and members losing schedule time from work through the authorization of the Local Union for outside-the-plant business shall be reimbursed at their plant classification regular rate of pay straight time no more than (40) hours per week provided the officers, delegates, and members would have been scheduled to work. . (b) Executive Board Members losing schedule time from work through the authorization of the Local Union for outside-the-plant business shall be paid at their plant classification regular rate of pay straight time only a minimum of ten (10) hours, no more than forty (40) hours per week provided the E-Board members would have been scheduled to work.(c) The Local President and Financial Secretary shall be allowed three (3) days per week to perform Local Union business, and duties (d) Lunches will be provided to the Election Committee, and Trustees. Also implies to standing committee(s), and members who receive training during a full (8 hour) day while performing their duties (not exceeding $500.00). . (e) The Local Union will purchase a spray of flowers for the funeral services of members, or their immediate family member (not exceeding $250.00). If funeral services are missed, then the Local Union will send a plant to member requested address. . (f) Bonuses: Any officers, delegate, or members losing bonus pay because they were conducting union business will be reimbursed by the Local Union. . . .
