Form 990, Part V, Line 2a Statements Regarding Other IRS Filings	The Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana employees are administered and compensated by Intermountain Planned Parenthood (IPP). IPP files Form W-2 for all employees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	Intermountain Planned Parenthood, a related organization reported on Schedule R, provides management services for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana and receives a management fee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	There shall be three classes of members of the corporation: Regular Members, Contributing, and Associate Members. Intermountain Planned Parenthood is the sole Regular Member of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana. Contributing Members shall include all individuals who: (1) pay annual dues in an amount established by the Board; (2) are "lifetime contributing members" as a result of making one or more dues payments in an amount established by the Board. Associate members shall be those individuals who annually affirm their desire to be a member pursuant to a properly executed form provided by the corporation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Intermountain Planned Parenthood is the sole Regular Member of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Montana. The Regular Member shall nominate a current member of its board as the organization's Chair.
