Part X : FIN48 Footnote Lake Park Associates, Inc. was granted an exemption from federal income taxes by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(2). The tax exempt purpose of Lake Park Associates, Inc. and the nature in which it operates are described in Part III Note 1 of the IRS Form 990 (Page 2 of 990). Lake Park Associates, Inc. continues to operate in compliance with its tax exempt purpose. Lake Park Associate Inc.'s annual information return filed with the federal government is subject to examination for the statutory period. Lake Park Associates, Inc. had no material uncertain tax positions and as proscribed by FIN 48, a footnote was not required in the compiled financial statements.
