THE TRUST AGREEMENT SPECIFIED THE PARTIES WHO WERE TO RECEIVE DISTRIBUTIONS UPON ITS ESTABLISHMENT. UPON THE DEATH OF DONOR'S SON, DISTRIBUTIONS WERE MADE TO 3 ORGANIZATIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS. THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT SEPARATELY SPECIFIED THE REMAINDER PARTIES TO RECEIVE THE CORPUS OF THE TRUST UPON TERMINATION WHICH WAS THE END OF THE YEAR 25 YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF DONOR'S SON (PARAGRAPH THIRD.8).
