We were notified in 2022 that our exempt status had been revoked TEN years prior before we had taken over management of the association. We have been working with the IRS and a taxpayer advocate since, paid the 600 dollar reinstatement fee and received notification in June 2024 that our exempt status has been put back in place on September 21, 2023 and was told by the 990 group at IRS to file years 2020 through 2023 and forward. 2020 is not able to be filed electronically so we have mailed the 2020 990 via USPS
