Part VI, Line 11a	An Internal Audit Team performed an audit of all transactions for the year and fiscal policies. This was then shared with our governing board and accepted by unanimous vote. Those documents as well as the 990 form are available for all members to view and ask questions about.
Part VI, Line 15	Information from unions with similar numbers of members is collected and compared with our rates. The compensation amounts are discussed by the officers and then included in our annual budget. The budget is presented to discussed with and then must be approved by our Executive Council.
Part VI, Line 19	The Elk River Education Association governing documents conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available to to our members upon request.
