Pt VI, Line 6	The organization has 208 Members. Six types of memberships are offered: Resident, Non-resident, Single Resident,Single non-resident, and Young Professional Single, and Young Professional Couple (under age 40).
Pt VI, Line 7a	At the Annual Membership meeting, held on the 4th Wednesday in July, Members elect Directors for the Governing Board.
Pt VI, Line 7b	At the Annual Membership Meeting Members are required to vote on By-law changes (if presented). Members are also contacted as needed for input on large capital improvements and for help on the various committees.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is reviewed by the Finance Committee which then brings copies of the return to the Board of Directors for final approval.
Pt VI, Line 19	The Miscowaubic Club does not make its Governing Documents and Conflict of Interest Policy available to the public. Financial Statements are available upon written requests made to the Treasurer.
