Explanation:
The 2022 Young's Lake treasurer retired in January of 2023. During the transition to a new treasurer, the filing of the 990ez was overlooked. Upon realizing the mistake, the accounting firm Young's Lake had used for the past 10 years was contacted and the firm informed Young's Lake that they were transitioning to new ownership and could no longer represent us; however, they would file our extension and give us time to hire a new accountant. The new treasurer attempted to file the 990ez, but was unaware a mailed paper copy was not sufficient.
