NEW OFFICERS WERE ELECTED AND THE RETURN WAS DELAYED IN FILING. THERE WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE OUTGOING AND INCOMING OFFICERS REGARDING THE FILING DUE DATE. THIS WAS NOT WILLFUL NEGLECT. AS SOON AS THE NEW TREASURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE LATE FILING, I WAS IMMEDIATLEY CONTACTED AND THE RETURN WAS FILED WITHIN A DAY.
