Form 990, Part III, Line 4d	OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: Foundation programs - Through this program, deserving Arizona individuals are inducted annually into the Arizona Golf Hall of Fame. The Foundation also assists charitable organizations with fundraising activities and golf events.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Nominating Committee, consisting of the Chairman of the Council of Past Presidents, two former AGA past presidents and up to two others chosen by the Chairman, annually appoints five Officers from the eligible members of the existing Executive Committee and nine at-large members from those nominated by the Nominating Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Council of Past Presidents can request a review of a proposed Executive Committee Action. Following a joint meeting of the Past Presidents and Executive Committee, if the Council continues to oppose the proposed action, then a super-majority vote of 65% of the Executive Committee is necessary to approve the proposed action.
